華人信義會新冠疫病檢測及隔離指引
為了防範傳播新冠病毒及保障全體弟兄姊妹的健康，教會執事部提醒大家以下的檢測及隔離措施：
(1) 倘若你曾與確診者有緊密接觸，或有任何疑似病徵，請馬上留在家中自行隔離。
(2) 可在與患者有接觸後，或有任何疑似病徵時，在家中按衛生部門的指引，自行作快速檢測 (Antigen test)，
a. 倘若檢測結果是陽性 (確診)，無論是否有病徵，都應該隔離和治療。待自己和所有確診的家人都檢測陰性才可回到教會。
b. 倘若檢測結果是陰性 (沒有確診)，若一週內無症狀便可以回到教會。
(3) 倘若你不慎染病，請立即通知盧牧師 (415) 425-3589，教會負責防疫的執事 Jack (梁炎倫弟兄) (415) 999-8752，或任何一位執事，以便關懷及跟進。謝謝。
Chinese Lutheran Church COVID-19 testing and isolation guidelines
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus and protect the health and safety of all members, our church council has adopted the following testing and isolation guidelines:
(1) If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have any possible symptoms, please stay at home and isolate yourself immediately.
(2) Home antigen test can be taken after you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 or when symptoms start following the heath department testing guidelines.
a. If the test result is positive (confirmed), regardless of symptoms, you should seek medical treatment and follow the instructions for isolation and treatment. Wait until all infected family members are tested negative before returning to church.
b. If you are tested negative (no confirmed diagnosis), you can return to church if you have no symptoms for the rest of the week.
(3) If you have contracted COVID, please immediately notify Pastor Lo (415) 425-3589, Jack (415) 999-8752, or any church council member for support/care and follow-up. Thanks.
